Eurolead.net provides a service for those who are in need of recognition and/or acceptance within their environment as a Minister of Religion. This is known as Ordination.

Ordination is a blessing and not a burden. It is designed to help and support ministers wherever they work, to grow and develop their ministry and call. Eurolead.net provides this as a service for those within the network and will exercise no controls on the minister or their local church, apart from those relating to “requirements” listed below. Ordination is seen as an effective method of accountability and connection

Purpose:
To provide recognition and support for those who are active in service and require formal ordination in their ministry. This is designed to provide guidance and advice in ministry matters for individuals. This ordination does not cover a church or spouse but is in recognition of a ministry gift that is currently functioning effectively. Ordination is designed to be an encouraging and useful recognition of ministry but does not prove,  justify or validate a ministry. This will always be seen in the work the individual does.

Criteria:
The individual must have been in recognised ministry for a least two years.
The leadership of Eurolead.net are in no doubt that the candidate is called to the
ministry. (If needed, the leadership of Eurolead.net will seek further assistance in evaluating an individual by seeking references)
The individual sees the applicants call long-term and on a full-time basis
The individual already evidences ministerial ability
The individual has a Five-Fold Ministry gift
The individual is regularly preaching and teaching
Where the individual is working in a local church under/with a pastor, that pastor
must approve the application process
The individual is living according to biblical leadership principles (1 Tim. 3: 2-12,
Titus 1: 6-11 and Galations 5: 19-21)
Should hold membership with Eurolead.net

Eurolead.net will ordain those who are unable to receive any form of recognition through their local means. If an individual already holds official recognition (equal
to the Eurolead.net process) they cannot hold two ordinations.

Application:
Application papers are available through Eurolead.net. Individuals will re-apply each
year allowing Eurolead.net to increase their relationship and network with the individual. A yearly fee of 50 Euro is payable each year.

Requirements:
There is some requirements (mainly listed above) of an individual to keep in good
standing with Eurolead.net ordination program. It is not the purpose of Eurolead.net to intrude into the individuals life or ministry, but it is important that some basic criteria of good leadership for a church or ministry is followed.
However, there are a number of issues that could exclude an individual. These must be proven, not only hearsay, and fully investigated before action is taken.

1. Acts of immorality that violate Scripture

2. Gross mismanagement of ministry or church finances

3. Stated heresy that goes against the basic tenants of scripture

DISCLAIMER: Eurolead.net is not responsible for any loss of income or job due to retraction of an Ordination Credential, if this happens.

Procedures for dealing with these issues are as follows;

Any action that falls into the areas above can be addressed by the leadership of Eurolead.net
Where an individual makes an accusation against a minister it must be substantiated with quality information and where possible, witnesses.
Eurolead.net leadership will convene and after investigation, if the accusation is fully proven, withdraw the ordination from the person concerned.
Eurolead.net leadership will then provide support and advise for the individual for restoration

Special Note!
Eurolead.net has no right, and will not, influence or control a local church in any way, shape, or form. Eurolead.net can only advise as to the relationship it has with a minister ordained within the the network.Eurolead.net Ordination Procedures and Polici

THE LORD JESUS CHRIST: The Lord Jesus Christ, is the second person of the triune Godhead, who was and is the eternal Son of God; that he became incarnate by the Holy Spirit and was born of the virgin Mary. All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is infallible, inerrantly revealing the will of God concerning us all in all things necessary to our salvation, and is absolutely supreme and sufficient in authority in all matters of faith and conduct. The Bible does not simply contain the Word of God, but is, in reality, the complete revelation and very Word of God, inspired by the Holy Spirit, so that whatever is not contained in them is not to be enjoined as an article of faith – Matthew 5:17,18; 24:35; John 4:39; 2 Timothy 3:16,17; 2 Peter 1:19-21.

Consequently, all men are separated from original righteousness, being depraved and without spiritual life – Genesis 1:26-31, 3:1-7; Romans 5:12-21.

THE ATONEMENT: God’s answer to man’s sinfulness is in the death of his Son, the Lord Jesus Christ upon the cross, whose sufferings and shed blood have made full atonement for the sins of the whole world, both original and actual, and that there is no other ground for salvation – 2 Corinthians 5:18-21; Galatians 1:4; Ephesians 1:7; Colossians 1:14; Hebrews 9:25, 26; 1 Peter 1:19,20.

SALVATION OF MAN: Salvation is received through repentance toward God and faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. This experience is also known as the new birth and is an instantaneous and complete operation of the Holy Spirit whereupon the believing sinner is regenerated, justified, and adopted into the family of God and becomes a new creation in Christ Jesus and heir of eternal life – Titus 2:11, 3:5-7; I Peter 1:23; 1 John 5:1.

THE CHURCH: The Church is the body of Christ, the habitation of God through the Spirit, with divine appointments for the fulfillment of her great commission. Each believer, born of the Spirit, is an integral part of the general assembly and church of the first-born which are written in heaven – Ephesians 1:22-23,2:22; Hebrews 12:23.

WATER BAPTISM: Baptism, by single immersion, in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, is available to all who have repented and have believed in Christ as Saviour and Lord, and that it is symbolic of our identification with Christ in his death, burial and resurrection – Matthew 28:19-20; Acts 10.47-48; 2:38-39; Romans 6:4-5; Colossians 2:12; Mark 16:16.

SANCTIFICATION: Sanctification is an act of separation from that which is evil, and of dedication unto God. It is the glorious provision for every believer in Christ to be made pure in heart and wholly sanctified, through the operation of the Holy Spirit, by the blood of Jesus and the Word of God – John 17:15-19; Acts 15:8-9; 1 Thessalonians 4:3-4; Hebrews 2:11; I Thessalonians 5:23-24; Hebrews 2:11; I Thessalonians 5:23-24; Hebrews 10:16-19; Rornans 12:1- 2

THE SECOND COMING OF CHRIST: There is an imminent and personal return of our Lord Jesus Christ to gather his people unto himself. Having this glorious hope and earnest expectation, we purify ourselves, even as he is pure, so that we may be ready to meet him when he comes – John 14:1-3; James 5:7-8; Titus 2:13; 1 Thessalonians 4:15-17; 2 Thessalonians 2:1; 1 John 2:28; 3:2, 3.
